Developing and delivering targeted end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL) to drive awareness, profitable recruitment and on-going retention of customers to ensure revenue targets are reached against defined KPI’s and the business is maximising MROI.

Leading digital marketing activity for the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College – including A/B testing, campaign automation and personalisation.

Launching a start-up: cybX; Serco’s cyber security training and exercising capability.

Deliverable achieved:

Working with the leadership team to develop a go-to-market strategy; including capability mapping, proposition development, stakeholder management and customer journey mapping.

Conducting a SWOT analysis, market audit and building market intelligence (Competitor analysis, price changes/sensitivity, Macro and Micro environment affecting the industry) and customer personas in order to develop multichannel marketing delivery strategy.

Develop a strong corporate visual identity, including strapline and brand guideline.

Working with the web development team led the development of a user friendly responsive website to showcase the capability.
